My software etc. never has these little parties. None of them ever know what I'm looking for it's like talking to someone who should work in a comic book store. Anyways I don't think this will effect me because I'm going to order from EA and the won't ship until the 14th

Well here's a nugget of info that might lead to the 11th as being the date it's on shelves. I went to pre-order the game at EB and they said it would be out on the 13th. In Canada it's common for titles to come out 2 days later then the US.

Considering the fact that many game stores had NCAA 2004 on their shelves on Monday, July 14, it's not too hard imagine Madden being available as early as the 11th. If it is, you'll probably have to wait until late afternoon/early evening to pick up your copy (as we did with NCAA)...
