recently i have been plalying madden 03 on xbox to get ready for 04 and i noticed that when someone throughs a deep ball with one man down field and 3 defenders on him he will still catch it all the dam time does anybody know if they are changing this for madden 04

Dunno if these videos are any indication (they were probably played on Rookie difficulty)...but let's keep our fingers crossed.

Well if its anything like NCAA DB AI it should be grealty improved. Still flaws, but thats going to happen. Its alot better then last yrs IMO.

I agree with you that it's greatly improved but I disagree that you say "still flaws". A receiver catching in double or triple happening every once in a while is not a flaw because that happens in real life, although rarely. Doubling or tripling a Terrel Owens or Randy Moss doesn't 100% always shut them down you know or every team would do it and those players would cease to have any yards.

I'd say if Maddens anything like NCAA then this complaint is fixed and the game is right.

If you increase the defensive sliders and decrease the offensive sliders in 2003, that will make those types of things happen less frequently. The DB AI in NCAA has been improved and according to EA, it will be improved in Madden 2004, also.

Well I actulyl dont know why I said flaw. It is pretty damn good and I agree with what you said.

FLAW....... McNabb can make that triple coverage pass. I'm not buying it now...

No, looks improved. In NCAA I can still make a play but it has a 6'6 receiver over a 5"11 DB... realistic.

I like it... but seriously D-Nabb can make the pass.
