Any idea why the devs took out the field chatter? It was great in 2008, cant recall about 2009, kinda vague about 2010 and I know for a fact its not in this year.

I loved that aspect of the game. Anybody remember that one "run run fast as you can, but you cant escape the gingerbread man" lol.

I noticed that sometimes during a cutscene, you here the remnants of a phrase like its actually in the game but its muted out for some reason.

yeah really dissapointing!

field chatter is probably one of the easiest ways to creat atmosphere on the field...they just seem like a bunch of robots this year

Yea, it added alot to the atmoshphere. LBs would be constantly taunting the RBs. They need to bring that **** back asap!

My personal favorite was in Madden 10, after making a terrible mistake, hearing a fan screaming "Whaaat was that? Aw, what was that??"

Found myself a couple of times yelling back at the console saying it could play itself if thought it could do better.

(Probably could, to be fair).
