Bye Bye Orton?

So I'm 3 games into the preseason and Orton has been doing awful. Worse than Tebow AND Quinn. I really like playing with a scrambling QB and Orton just doesn't fit the style. So I put him up on trade block.

2nd or 3rd Rd Pick

The result I got was crazy. DET offered a 2nd Rd pick, and the Browns.... wow were they really wanting this guy! They are offering a 2nd Rd pick AND CB Eric Wright who is an 86 ovr and a 3 year pro. He has great speed (an 89 i believe) and would be an excellent CB to be in the 2 spot for a perfect CB threat.

However...I haven't accepted the trade yet because I'm having guilty emotions thinking that this is totally cheating out the CPU. But the other half of me says "Hey, THEY are the ones who offered the trade, so do it!"


What should I do?

It's your franchise But even though this games has horrible trade logic, they offered it. But think about it this way. Its not about overalls, since hes a QB hes more valuable If it was me, I would take it.

Ahh come on............you don't have to give us an excuse 'cos you want to play with Tebow and not Orton!!

I'm a Denver fan too and have the same feelings............. the untapped potential or Tebow. Firing the ball downfield...hitting the WR perfectly in stride.........to hell with the "long looping motion" critics!! You wanna drop back in to the pocket, see a gap open up, press that right trigger button and burst through that gap and see Ray Lewis bearing down on you and think "hell, its only Ray Lewis.....I can take him..........."

Remember........it's not gay if it's with Tebow!!!!

ohh sorry about that.......... what I meant to say was take the trade! Orton is going to have a big season and he'll be worth a Rnd 2 plus player deal!!

I would never run my QB against Ray tho...I don't want any career ending injuries.

There's nothing wrong with those trade offers. Ortan is a good QB and the Browns would consider dealing for him. The Lions have Stafford so no go there.
