Anybody having problems with corrupted gameplans?

Not put this into the glitches thread as it's not something I have seen before.

My Seahawks custom defense gameplan is suddenly corrupted. I tried to play a game tonight but suddenly noticed a ridiculous number of blitzes, almost like it was the original file.

Trying to edit it... when I go to the saved file it loads up, then hangs the machine...
