any news on "end of september" patch?

i havent heard anything about the patch they (EA) said they were going to release during the end of september..

Yes, i'm HIGHLY anticipating this patch, and in particular the improvement of pass defense, and broken tackles. The supposedly kicking meter lag fix would be nice too.

I think if they can truely fix the pass coverage and tone down broken tackles we will have a solid game on our hands. Just hope when they fix certain things others become broke lol!

WHERE IS THIS PATCH? I mean, NCAA has had 3 patches and multiple tuner updates, and NHL is only out a very short while and has had 3 tuner updates already. C'mon Tiburon!!

The patch comes out on the 23rd. Be patient it fixes injuries, pass defense, broken tackles, and a few more things. If I'm wrong blame the source not me lol.

Well where is the "source" or link stating the 23rd?

In his last blog, Ian stated towards the latter part of September.

That still falls under next week as well.

Last year, we had the last one in December.

Yea the best answer anyone can give right now is about the end if this month. I'm sure Ian will do a blog on what they did to the second patch right before the patch comes out. It shouldn't be to much longer. The waiting is the hard part.

if in the last blog ian said the patch comes out at the end of September its either this week or next week,next week is the last week of September

I hope Madden will use tuner updates in the future, as they don't need to go through lengthy approvals like a normal patch and you can address minor issues a lot faster.

That being said, I do hope we'll see a new patch before this weekend, but end of september could still be the 30th.
