Defensive Personell Specifics

Ok, i'm a geek I admit it and I use excel spreadsheets to help run my franchise by logging players attributes etc and I am trying to rate players in specific positions, ie - pass rushing DE's & OLB's (I run a 3-4), stuff the run DT's...........normal play LB's (1 & 10, 2& 5...etc....) I do this by adding up the relevant attributes and seeing who fits best by the total score........

I was wanting some help deciding on what are the relevant stats for the positions of:

Balanced DE / DT / OLB
Pass Rush DE / DT / OLB.

IE - Is a pass rush OLB: spd, str, agi, acc, tak, pmv, fin, psh, pur, prc ?

Any help would be appreciated.

Also would i have to use the same amount of atts for each option to make it a fair and balanced exercise?
