I wanna get the game update and I wanna get a roster update too, but my college has xbox live blocked... What should I do?

find a friend who does have xbox live and just use ur hard drive with ur friends xbox to get rosters

May not be so lucky for that to work as some hard drives require formatting for each system they are used on. Best bet is to just take the console with you and hook it up that way.
