Why can't they get the cleat color correct????

I also saw where you can schange the color of that stripe on the players shoes (team, white and none i believe) but the shoe color is not an option for individual players.

I do wonder if you can change team shoe color in the same area that you can modify your team logo and colors...this is a possibility. Because i thinl you can actually change whole shoe color (like NCAA create-a-team) there.

Hey, some of us like ultimate realism and authenticity. Not having the right color cleats etc is never a game killer...its just one of those things that are so simple to address, makes you wonder why it's not in the game. No need to jump on fellow Madden-gamers' backs, sheese

I agree 100% because its not a matter of falcons unveiling their cleats to late because they announced it on the exact same day as the uniform go to atlantafalcons.com and you will see. EA just needs to pay more attention to things like this. I agree it is nothing major but if they are going to mess up the cleats every year at least give us the opp to fix it. I think 2k3 sucks but at least they let you edit the cleats for each player it would make certain players stand out. For an example last year almost all the giants had on white cleats except Tiki Barber who had on some all blue and red cleats or when clinton portis wore those funky *** orange cleats and priest holmes wears red cleats. But this wont stop me from playing the hell out of the game but ea should have known everyone will be trying to use the falcons and they will notice if something is messed up about their unis.


why is this so hard to get correct. last year it was the Jets and Seattle they had in white (and were black in real life), this year it looks like they screwed up the Falcons and the Lions.

Oh yeah they did change the lions to black cleats. So I wonder why they didn't change the falcons

I think the real question is: Why didn't Michael Vick point this out when he was helping on the game? You would think when he was playing as himself in the game he would have noticed something like that. I was thinking before the game went gold he might have had a chance to play it in order to make sure everyting was right.

I could be wrong though.

I think accurate jerseys and features for the jerseys is a big part of the game. Is it bigger then gameplay, no. But having this in the game is like icing on the cake. Another thing that bothered me last year was seattle having astro turf instead of field turf.
