How do you control the WR from the start of the play? I cycle the blue circle to the reciever I want to control but it seems to switch me back to QB. Do I need to activate coach mode?

Possibly... you use two controllers for your team. The first is linked to the QB, in coach mode. The second you use for the WR.

Never tried this, though, so couldn't guarantee it will work.
