Re: Do people really get a kick out of importing draft classes?

I've never done it before (didn't have Madden last year) but it was a BIG reason why I got both games this year. Also, I want to play with some of my star NCAA players... some of them deserve to be in the NFL and I want to see what their career turns out to be. If I can't import draft classes, NCAA 2004 might not get played much anymore.

Plus, what makes it worse is (as was stated above) there is already no online, and now EA screws us on the XBox draft classes? Conspiracy?

Same here. It's one of the few reasons I DID buy Madden this year, and it might not even work? *sigh* EA can lick my [censored you naughty boy] balls.

I mean, the 2003 College/Nfl Season haven't even started yet, what good is having the draft classes in now?

I can see in Dec or Jan, but the game isn't even out!

Plus, most of these draft classes are made up players correct?

I just don't get it. EA goes through the troble of making the rosters accurate, and updating them, and it seams a majority of players contaminate the roster file with their own stuff anyway.

EA tries to get the Uni's right and stadiums, and it seems people can't wait to relocate to a city that doesn't have an NFL team. They can't wait to change the uniforms, etc.

Am I im the minority, or majority here?

Thoughts?

It ranks second only to cleat color in importance in my book.......

Yes, I've been importing draft classes for the last few years and I can't imagine not being able to. It's great to see the college players in the game, like Clarrett, Andrew Walter, Roy Williams, etc...

Thank goodness I decieded to stay with the PS2 version b/c I enjoyed the controls. That sucks for us Xbox owers who bought both with the intent of importing.
