Has anyone had the DDE problem with Madden on XBox?

I had to return 3 copies of NCAA because of the DDE problem, and am a little gun shy of picking up Madden because of it. Has anyone that had this problem with NCAA, had it occur with Madden? Thanks!

I've get the error now with the last 3 games I've bought, NCAA 2004, Ghost Recon I.T., Madden 2004, and even the espn football demo. it must be a problem with my box though....it sucks

Strangely enough I have NOT experienced any yet. I had plenty of them with last years version and a few with NCAA this year.

This rarely happened in Madden 2003, a game that I played up til 2004 came out.

My Madden disk is still in mint condition, would exchanging it for a new one make a difference? Or do I pretty much just need a new xbox?

I had one so far in about 5 hours of play. I only had one for NCAA 2004 in over 50 games played and it was one of the first games I played. So I'm hoping Madden's the same way.
