Maybe Im doing something way off...lol.

I go to screen and I click select all. Then I go to try and edit the coaching schemes and the only tam I can edit is the Bears.

Can someone help me out.

Use R1 to change your active team. That will give you full control.

You should always be able to change coaching schemes though.
