question about rosters and hard drive for 360

Please forgive me, if already answered, couldnt find it.

Anyway, I just got Madden 11 tonight and its awesome, but I dont have Live yet.

And want to update the rosters, can I do so with a USB Cable that i bought for transfering files from computer to HDD. I already have a saved file, just need to know If I can save rosters off here and also draft classes?

You will need to use a USB memory stick to transfer the roster. This is a tutorial for how it is done, this is for Backbreaker but it works the same way with a madden roster file. You will also need a couple programs that can be found on this guys site.
