i want to create a stadium for my vikes in owner mode but i dont know how. do i need to play a certain amount of years or get a certain amount of dollars. Please let me know

I think you have to first sim/play the first season. Then after the season you can start building the new stadium. However the new stadium takes a year to build so you're gonna have to sim/play another season. So 2 years minimum till you can get a new stadium.

i simed the first season for fun and i had about 25 million. Building you dream stadium is VERY expensive. Mine came out to be 300 million. So i guess i'm gonna have to play a couple seasons and build up my wealth...

the stadiums i've built in the game average out to be like $330 million about. usually i end up paying like $250 million or $300 million sometimes.
