Tips for covering dominating Tight Ends?

I have pretty good D, can't cover a punt to save my life but my biggest problem is covering a great tight end. Shockey and Gonzo tear me up, even when I double them they jump up and catch it and I can't find a zone that they can't beat. Any tips would be appreciated.

I am also having trouble coving TE's in general. The cpu just throws a quick pass to them in stride like 5 yrds off the line of scrimmage and the TE always catches it. I hate that, its really hard to stop if you are playing man converage.

Try the 4-3 or nickel Double TE defensive play. Also use coverage audible bump and run to disrupt the route. (Don't forget to send a blitzer if you do this)

I was having a problem on punt coverage also until I started selecting punt coverage max. Somehow more people get to the returner when I select this. If you select punt middle, left or right it seems like if the first guy doesn't make the play, the returner is gone. Try punt coverage max.

I dont really want to use bump and run because im using the chiefs in my franchise and the corners arent that great.

4-3 Double TE doesn't seem to work, the TE is in front of the coverage and catches it in traffic nearly every time. It works for average TEs but not for Shockey or To Go.
