Do you want Madden to come with a game anyway or skip next season so 2013 is that much better.

Peter Moore has already said Madden 12 will be released no matter what the NFL does, there will be a game. He said it in an interview on last weeks Game Trailers TV.

It'll be released, can only do so much with patches, franchise players would be unhappy to get 'oh yeah, one more year' after getting that last year.

There's too much involved in these production cycles to just reduce it to a patch or something even if that were possible, it wouldn't be economical. Money is being spent now on production and development for a title that is expected to sell millions.

this will really put madden 12 to the test....will people buy the game for just the new features and no roster updates? what would stop people from playing madden 11 as long as the servers stay active for that game?
