Can you set default controller/user profiles (PC Version)?

I don't know how many times I've had to exit a drill or game because I got a little click happy and went into the mode using the default keyboard as my controller instead of my Wingman RumblePad.

I cannot find a way to change things so that the default controller is my gamepad instead of the keyboard, or to change the user profile to default to a particular profile. Are either of these two things possible in the PC version of the game?
