Raiders.
I have two teams, the Lions and Raiders. The Lions are impossible so I advise the silver and black. The reason they are fun is because before even starting training camp you can trade away for ridiculously awesome young players. Get rid of geezers like Gannon, Rice and Garner (other teams will value them evn thogh they'll retire soon) and pick up a young QB, RB, WR, CB etc. Since you hate the Redskins, do what I do and destroy their franchise by stealing Trung Candidate (96 speed) Laveranoues Coles (97 speed) and Champ Bailey (98, best CB in game) for Garner, Rod Woodson, and either Tim Brown or your second round pick. I got them and also acquired Vick for Gannon, Rice and a first rounder. In two years I will be unstoppable (I went from 87->84 in the meantime.)
Try them out.

P.S. You could also use the jets if you hate the Giants.
