How do I affect the potential rating of a created player? I want to make a player with a low ovr but high potential. I.E. 59 ovr with A potential. How do I do this? I posted this in the questions thread but then saw that that thread didn't move very fast.

I believe a created players potential is always at an A but I'm not 100% sure..

Make him 99 ovr then accept the changes. Then go back redo the ratings so that his overall is 59
