Basically i want to know if i don`t like the play calling of my current coach. And i fire him and hire a new one, he will use a new game plan or he will use the same one?

I know i can create my own but that is not the point.

Does anyone knows?

I was just wondering about this too.. I really hope this is part of the revamped franchise. Kind of sucked seeing a new coach on another team but they was still using the old coaches playbook.. Like you said I'm good with the new custom playbook but I would like this to be fixed anyway.

What about madden 2011?
Do new coaches still use the same gameplaning than the last coach?

I mean if i use the gameflow feature, does the new coach will still use the old playcalling gameplan' or does each coach have a new one?

No, it doesn't automatically change with a new coach. You have to change it manually.

What if i hire a "free agent" coach. Do he have a PB of his own? like example i hire Don Shula, do he has a gameplan of his own or he comes with a "Balance default" ?

Only the 32 coaches has their own playbooks/Gameplans?

last question, does the CPU AI use the Gameplans for calling their plays or they use the whole playbook?

Basically, each team has one playbook and scheme assigned to them and that sticks with them unless you change the scheme and/or playbook before each game, regardless if you hire a new coach or simply promote an assistant coach. The schemes and playbooks are set to the teams.

As far as the second question, I'm not sure, but I don't believe they gameplan at all.

Pretty much no they don'ti f a new HC is hired in your franchise mode. The same playbook stays with your team that was their from the beginning. But since Custom Play Book has been confirmed for madden12. Now you can make your own playbook you can use for your team.
