What kind of things do the computer teams do in the offseason, do they ever relocate teams or trade players or anything of this such?

i have yet to see a team relocate but thats because i'm in my 2nd season right now. i've seen stadiums get renamed. no trades yet i don't think.

im in my fourth season ( i think) and i have seen the 49ers build a new stadium.

no, i was just looking at all of the stadiums in the league so i could compare my stadium w/ the others. the picture of the 49ers stadium said custom built.

When I relocated with Atlanta, I still stayed in the NFC South. Is this true for other teams, that they stay within the same division even if it's geographically incorrect?

Yes, I had the cleveland browns move to mexico city and they still were part of the afc north.
