Anyone change a players ratings that are too high or way too low ?

Exampple I changed Vick to a 90 overall by lowering his accuracy to an 80 and his speed to a 92 and acceleration to 91. he is just to high and is not better than Peyton Manning anyway.

Peyton Manning is overrated. He throws too many INT's to be considered among the elite QB's in the league. He's probably top 10 QB's, but not top 5. Top 5 are easily Favre, McNabb, Vick, Gannon, and probably Culpepper. You could make arguments against Culpepper and maybe Manning is the 5th, but look at his numbers and the TD/INT ration is NOT as high as it should be the last few years to make him one of the top QB's in the NFL.

I would never change a player's ratings. I play the game as it comes. No sliders, no rating changes.....the way I see it, your doing more harm than good.

I haven't changed any yet but I think chad hutchinsons 73 is too high.

While it may be a little earlier to consider Vick one of the best or topp 5 it may not. Granted he went down with an injury he had really no one to throw to but made big plays anyway last season. He is the one who in fact lead the Falcons on that 8-0 run.

Also agreed though that Manning is way overrated. Just because his father played in the NFL makes him get mor epublicity and makes him look better. While he is a good qb, until he can prove that he can throw less interceptions in a season he will never make the top 5. The same can be said with Culpepper after last season.

My Personal top 5 would be: Favre, McNabb, Gannon, Vick, McNair
