How excited are you for Madden 12?

I'm cautiously optimistic. I'll wind up buying the game no matter what, but I'm leaning more towards NCAA FB 12 being my football game of choice for the year. We'll see.

At first I was not even going to consider getting it but after all of todays info Im kinda impressed

Definately cautiously optimistic. I feel like this is gnna be a good game and i didn't get 11 so i'll look into this.

But still i just wanna be sure, the fact tht defense is back is what makes me happy cause tht's where i excelled in the Ps2 days. Press, shading, zone coverage, i used to do Work. Hope i can come back with a vengeance crack top 500 if i like the game.

Compared to Madden 11, this go around has definitely turned my head. I just get the feeling that they are really digging into things, whereas before it ended up being more hype than substance.

That's not to say there isn't hype this year. It's just that the things are choosing to hype the game with are some things many fans have been asking for for a long time now.

I'm looking forward to M12.

I'm cautiously optimistic. Madden wasn't even on my "to buy list" but with the improvements, I'm getting pretty excited. I'm waiting to see what they did with franchise mode. May 16 will let me know if I'm buying it.

Last year was the first year I actually traded in a madden(I will pick it up again soon for cheap for the Brees cover just to have for my saints collection) and I told myself I prolly wouldn't get this madden, but my opinion has already changed and i'll find a way to get it first day.

My feelings exactly...I didn't buy last year's and it was the best $65 I've ever saved. No halftime show? Really? If they performed a major overhaul of franchise mode, I'll consider buying it...otherwise Madden has no longevity for me.
