At the end of my first year in my Cowboys franchise, I had about 42 million dollars in assets. I got rewarded a media contract for 4 million and got a stadium sponsorship deal. When I finished the pre season in year 2, I check in the owner's box and it says I have only 50K. Where did all my money go? Does the money carry over from year to year or reset at each season?

You pay the players' salaries at the start of the season. Your assets will go back up once you start making money.

Edit- Left out the "t" in assets, that could cause some problems.
