Subpar graphics and Comentary with great gameplay...You guys know next year will be the same thing..

So do you guys consider Madden the High Heat of Football games?

most would argue that high heat is the best game on the market, and I agree. Visually it is weak but it has the best baseball gameplay hands down. You cant compare Madden to a game like that

A better comparison, although still not perfect, would be Madden as WSB 2K3, and ESPNNFL as High Heat.

I think so...

If you ask any Baseball fan which videogame plays the most realistic and smartest game of baseball, almost everyone would say High Heat. I bought it this year for the Xbox and while the other BB games were fun, HH is it for me.

Madden OTOH has too many fans who say it's the best while others think Sega is it. Personally I love Madden 2004 and can't wait for ESPN 2K4 but not evryone agrees on Madden where HH almost everyone comes to the same conclusion it plays closer to Baseball as any videogame does.

And I don't see where Madden's graphics are subpar. They look quite good. Just my opinion.

Nah, kinda the oposite. HH's claim to fame was that it gave you realistic statistics and an accurate simulation. It had horrendous graphics and sales. Madden on the other hand is a relatively accurately sim, but the emphasis is on fun and not so much simulation. The graphics may not be on par with ESPN/Fever but they are by no means on the level of HH. Plus it's wildly popular. So there's really no similarities.
