I get the impression that this isn't THE franchise blog - that was supposed to be authored by Josh Looman - but this is nice information nevertheless. I like that ratings for new players are masked until the end of the preseason.

I hope this isn't THE BLOG because if it is, it's a little lighter on details than what I was expecting.

Though some awesome news in there, including trading of future draft picks and how player cut downs work in preseason.

i do that every year.... for at least 3 hours a Full regular season to test out guys and stuff

i hope its easy to unlock all their ratings by the start of the season

It is just like last time with the presentation blog...They had community people have their blogs (playbooks) shwon first and then the actual blog followed

yea it didnt setail Anything , besides the bidding but thats because i already played Head Coach so i was already expecting that , i got almost no help from this besides the ratings are Revealed slowly to newer guys on the team

Its not the blog from Josh Looman. They did this with the other blogs as well. They post a community members blog and then release the actual EA blog later in the day.

Calm down guys.

Only disappointing thing is that it does not appear to have the pre-season mini camp games to boost player stats or "position battles." Sounds like franchise mode is finally making a comeback though.
