Gameplay - Steelers VS Packers

The guys playing as the Steelers tried the old drop back a long ways and pass strategy. And he failed miserably. Good.

I just love the entire look of the game. The broadcast cameras, the overlays, the lighting, the player models, the improved colors, even down to the pre-snap menus, it all looks nice. I hated on Madden 11's graphics, especially after seeing what NCAA 11 did, but they've most definitely improved big time.

Also, for some reason from the videos I've watched, I'm getting a Madden 05 vibe from this game. Hopefully it turns out that good, if not better.

Two things here:

1. It would really help if we could get some video of people playing the game who have any idea of how to play. Really hard to get a feeling for how it looks when dude is sprinting left and throwing right with Ben all day long.

2. I'm sorry but this looks like the same game to me. I'm sure the vids we are seeing are on the default "pro" setting but the game plays way to fast, the zig-zag running to elude defense is sickening, and there seems to be just too much space to play in on offense in general.

I hope I'm wrong but the initial I"m getting from the gameplay footage is, Ehhh.

Good news is I don't play online so I'll never have to see someone run around like that with Big Ben. Graphics looks great but hate the QB running around like that.
