First thought... DAMN the teal is vibrant.

Second thought, the guy playing as the Jags immediately rolling wasn't a good look. I know they're probably playing on a low level, and that's why he's able to do that. Hate seeing that, though.

Also, the guy isn't picking plays to maximize the strength of his offense. No running plays?

I feel like every video I watched so far the people playing always drop back 15-20 yards or roll out on every single pass....

If you have MJD, utilize him.

Roughing the passer penalty was nice to see.

Haven't watched this vid yet, but I imagine that's something we'll see consistently from the E3 vids. I guess you can't force people to play a certain way -- especially when the gameplay allows for it. I just wish EA would still find ways to curtail it, instead of waving the white flag as they seemed to do this year.

They should add some commentary lines to make the user feel embarrassed: "What's he doing out there?!?" Gus could say, and have Chris follow up with a bonehead remark LOL.

Maybe they could remove receiver button icons if you drop back too far or lower the chances of completing the pass if you drop back too far (I am guessing this one is probably difficult to program though). The commentary would be funny but in tournaments or online I have a feeling those type of players could care less about being made fun of

If people are dropping that far back, they have to make it harder to complete passes or for sure make passes fall short a lot more!!!!!

You do have a good idea here. I think it should be related to arm strength though. A receiver goes beyond the arm strength they lose the option to throw to them. While this doesn't fix the issue for freakish guys like a Brett Favre or J. Russell, it is at least a realistic step in the right direction.
