The zone play would have been better if the safety didn't stop and pause as if he was waiting for the play to be made on him.

This kind of thing happened more than once when I was at E3 playing it. I think this year it will be more important to switch on to your DB and play them very effectively to bat down balls. Their might be more room for user error. Also I think timing of your swat/interception is crucial. The tap tap tap method might skew you every time.

3rd video 31 secs. Antonio Gates gets jacked up!
That play (minus the 4 Chiefs who could have intercepted the ball) was beautiful looking!

Secondly, I don't think the "Eyes-in-the-Back-of-the-Head" DB issue is completely gone. It appears as though the safety, without looking, knew where the ball was going, but instead of jumping, he stopped. I feel in order to "fix" the issue, they just made it so defenders are less likely to swat the ball. That's just my two cents and I really hope I'm wrong. Overall, I'm very excited for this year's game!

That's right. One of the devs I was playing commented on that (didn't seem to like it when I started playing better) and said he usually plays on All Pro. Is All Pro the setting for online play?

If this is the case, I think the balance is going to be very good this year.

Any thoughts or observations about what you played? (Gameplay, Graphics, Presentation)

Pretty awesome that you got to go to E3 and play it!

It did look bad. I am hopeful they can see this and will fix it. But to keep things in perspective, I didn't notice anything similar to this happening in any other video released so far.

Yes it looked weird but I'll take that over him not turning around and making a play. Again maybe ratings came into play or settings which would really be awesome.
I think it makes it more weird due to the fact that usually the play is made without looking at ball Etc and we're used to that. I've seen DBS in real life look clueless like that at times where the ball goes towards them and before they realize it , it goes right past them. I've only seen the rare occasion(usually a desperation jump/swipe) of a db jumping/swiping and getting lucky enough to knock ball away without looking back.
So I'll take it
