Glad to see the old 3 click kicking system back

Anyone else glad EA finally came to their senses and changed the meter back to where it's actually a challenge to make a 45 yard field goal?

Still looks to be easy. Extra point kicks are automatic and field goals are not that much harder after watching the videos.

it was three clicks last year as well, the difference is in geometry: a circle against a segment.

Yep is was also 3 clicks last year and Maddens kicking has never been a challenge.

The difference isn't the 3 clicks, or the circle. It is the fact there is actually something finally measuring accuracy. Now at the bottom of the circle there is a small space for bad accuracy and a big space for good accuracy.

Also most of these guys are playing on rookie and pro anyways.

More importantly I hope the sliders for FGP an FGA actually really work. And what I mean by that is they are truly sensitive and can make the kicking game more of a pressure moment and tougher.

It should not be hard to hit an EP but to hit a 55 yarder to win...it should take the utmost concentration on the meter to nail it.

Last year there was also an accuracy area. Madden needs to separate FG kicking from the base game level and make it it's own entity. May e then it can be made more challenging.

They were all the same though, they had to stop on the line. but there wasn't an accuracy range.
