Vick didn't get worn down lol. Look at the teams he faced at the beginning vs the end. It was a mixture of bad play calling, bad OL, and injuries. Vick didn't wear down or decline, his team did.

Re: Josh Freeman

What's funny to me is there are so many people willing to comment on what Freeman's rating should be but yet don't even watch Bucs football...why comment on something that you have no clue about...my nemesis Roddy White said it best in this clip(http://www.nfl.com/videos/auto/09000...ddy-s-reaction)there's more to SC highlights, youtube reels, and stat layouts when you actually watch Freeman play...you don't get the full effect of his importance until you see live...same to be said about other teams/players in the league..with that said i believe Freeman deserves a rating of 86/87...had a great year last year for a 1st year qb(what did Stafford and Sanchez do that could even be considered remotely close to Freeman's year...NOTHING...and before some of you bail Sanchez out by saying "playoffs"...let me tell you now that just means he had the better team) also for those that are throwing the "no wins against winning/playoff teams" what do you expect when your team is one of if not the youngest team in the NFL (besides Ronde who's like 120 now)oh yea and call me what you want but i'd rather see my qb with a better td/int ratio rather than him throwing for 3,000-4,000 yds..."shrugs shoulders" just me

Yes because ONLY Tampa Bay fans watch the Buccs play on Sundays You don't even know that your own quarterback has been in the league for 2 years since he had such a good year for a "1st year quarterback".

See this is why I hate making this statement because there's always some guy claiming to have watch the Bucs or any other random team more then he really has...and they don't refer to the rookie year that's why he'd be considered a 1st year player

Well, not wanting to get into an argument over semantics, a player's "first year in the league" would be a rookie season.

You can't quantify how much anyone really watches anyone. At best, you can make blind accusations. That being said, I agree with you on intangible factors that can't be measured. I would also say that, IMO, Mark Sanchez is over-rated.

With all that in mind, an 84 rating for Josh Freeman is a solid rating. It shows he's one of the better QBs in the league, and it gives him room, during the season, to grow and prove that he belongs in the 89 - 91 range. Josh Freeman needs some more solid games against winning teams before I'm ready to say he's in the same group as Matt Ryan.
