It may be somewhat true, but certain college players are much more "NFL ready" than a player like Tebow.

For example Sam Bradford had injury concerns, but had all of the right mechanics and intangibles to start right away.

Tebow had to change his whole throwing motion before entering the league, which is a significant mechanic to have to change.

Do I personally think Tebow will one day be great? Most likely, he definitely has the attitude and work ethic to succeed in the NFL. It just won't be easy and may take a few years.

Some people just don't get this. Its like they forgot he played in the SEC or something.....
The kid wins games period. He makes those around him want to play better. Guys want to play for him.

I don't care if he throws picks, has an awkward throwing motion, is challenged lining up under center..... If he gets W's for the Broncos than all that means nothing. That is the mark of a great QB. Go out and win games for your team. We got a little teaser of it last year, and this year is going to be exciting!
