What is the Criteria for Madden Ratings?

I always wondered and this probably has been brought up before, what is the Criteria for Madden Ratings?

I just want to find out what the criteria is for ratings other than Speed, Strength and other basic Ratings.And you can tell those by the Bench press and 40 time but still its not always the case.

Because a lot of people give crap to the developers of madden on how they rate players when I think it would be extremely hard to rate about speaking hypothetically 1900 players every year.

But anyways what do you guys think the Criteria is for the Madden Ratings?

I assume it's on-field impact, scouting data with a touch of profootballfocus.

Positional ratings are based off of scouting and on-field performance.
