I've cut and traded guys as they get older in franchises, kinda have that 30 and older rule

If the older guys are pretty good like 90 OVR or above, your right you can deff get something worth while for those guys in franchise mode

Usually I cut big name players past their primes that are getting payed too much, but then I usually resign them for less.
