one thing i notice that isn't going to bother me but is a tiny detail is Ben's hand doesn't look to be holding the ball on the stitches

but other than that they look great.

Nice comparison shot.

The thing I see, and have been seeing with all the screen shots, is that they are way too bright with the colors.

We get it guys, you're excited that you fixed the lighting problem from the past maddens... now turn down the contrast knob a bit.

Other than that they look great as all the screen caps have.

True, but it definitely looks better contrast wise than last year, which is shown here clearly. The difference overall between 11 and 12 shown here is staggering to me.

Re: New screenshot released by EA Steelers & Browns

12 looks better by far, I'm not trying to say it doesn't. I just remember reading back from the first blog about presentation/graphics and them showing off a comparison shot of Champ Bailey from '11 and '12.

My first reaction was that it was incredible and you could really make out the detail. Then I started to see the other shots and saw a pattern with the over exaggerated colors in the uniforms.

Look at your comparison shots and you'll see the colors are much closer in '11 but the picture has a washed out look to it. Madden 12 looks crisper, sharper, more detailed, and way more colorful.

These are all good things but I just found some of the uniforms almost distractingly bright. Look at the orange stripe on the Browns pants. That doesn't look realistic to me.

Maybe I'm just nitpicking (or bitter since they still haven't gotten my Eagles jersey color right). Overall though, this game does look incredible and I look forward to playing it on my high def tv.... it should look great.

Is it me or do Bens legs and lower body look disproportionate compared to his upper body in the 1st Madden 12 screen shot?

Not really, especially after looking at the pic of him in real life, compare those two pics m12 and real life and you'll see they look very similar.

Now that you mention it, it does look weird. I imagine (hope) that it's just the camera angle playing tricks.

My favorite thing from the image might be the 3D grass. Even if it does look a bit unrealistically overgrown, I don't care, it looks phenomenal.
