For the Panthers I always re-do the previous year's draft to make things more interesting. In last year's draft (done right after the 2009 NFL Draft) I opted to not take Jimmy Clausen and instead dealt him to Arizona. Now this year I will get Von Miller and AJ Green (trade up from 5 to #4 probably a 3 + future picks). The plan is to sign some 50 overall QB and let him play out the first year for me (I will still play every game so that I will feel the pain of losing albeit on a videogame) and then draft Andrew Luck in year 2. Free Agency is more difficult to project but if a player does not want to really play for your team do you really want them playing on your team. Besides, it is much more fun building through the draft especially on this year's game with larger rosters and future draft picks being traded.
