I'd assume Palmer would be 3rd/4th string on the Bengals, pretty much like Big Ben was last year on the Steelers during his suspension.

I just hope Cornelious Ingram is back as a Free Agent, awesome TE to pick up and use for rebuilding teams. Not a great blocker but a great target for a bad QB.
