As long as you don't sign them to a team they don't make it to franchise. Also,from what I can tell, the rookies that are generated at the start of camp disappear from franchise once you cut them, too.

HAHAHAHA me too! I was always wondering who Robert You was and why I never heard of him before lol.

In my franchise the Bills signed him and he led them to the playoffs a couple years in a row.
