Possiblilty to get a Madden 11 Mod for Madden 08 pc?

This is more food for thought. since NCAA 11 mod was made for madden 08, whats to say someone can't use the engine and graphics of that mod to create a madden 2011 for madden 08. I was looking at theNCAA mod and it appears to use the same graphics presentation as Madden 11 so i don't see why we cant edit some files and make it Madden 11. What do you guys think? Also i saw on the FF wiki site that there is a FFXII mod planed to be released by week 1 of the NFL season
