I downloaded the game on PS3 via the EA sports season ticket and the game will not load. I select madden 12 Early Release from my game screen and it loads the opening movie and then goes to the loading screen with Rodgers diving for the pylon and the swirly LOADING thing keeps swirling and the game refuses to load.

They put me on hold for hours and then the line cut out.
