What is wrong with the PS3 graphics??

Same here. I really didn't take notice till I started going to the stadiums where people were having issues and yup....saw those black splotches around the field.

I returned the ps3 version, gamestop took it back without issue, they say they've seen multiple people in the store complain about the ps3 graphics. I bought the 360 version, it looks excellent, night and day from what it looked like before.

i dont know if anybody else is having this and knows what im talkin about,but i have a ps3,when i play at the eagles stadium,otherwise known as the linc,but when i play clear night games and 4;15 pm start time with clear sky,the stadium lights look very dim almost not on and the team helmets look dull,flat no shine at all on the helmets! its terrible looking! it happens at the colts stadium and tampa bay bucks stadium so far ive noticed. anybody having this problem? im tuned to 720p to!

ive messed around with the settings on my ps3 and my sharp lcd 720p tv. i dont have the problems stated above on ncaa 12 football! whats frustrating is, this lighting in night games doesnt do it in every stadium! i had the same problem last year with madden 11,but it only happened in one stadium the super dome ! i messed around with my ps3 settings and i fixed the problem,but i forgot what i did in the settings. i know this sounds petty,but it look terrible! and even worse i use my birds in franchise mode and play some night games during my season! its just very annoying! ea probbaby isnt going to fix the graphics in the patch hopefully they are going to make, in particular my issue! other than the issue im having,the game doesnt look to bad! i think sometimes graphics make or break a game! the issue i have is unacceptable! mlb 11 the show should be the gold standard for visuals and presentation!

mine look fine as well. 52" Samsung plasma Tv and ps3. My only gripe is that the colors are a little too bright giving it a cartoonish look in certain shots.

I just got the game. The graphics do look bad. M11 looks way different.

Somethings gone wrong, I've heard its a fat PS3 problem.......But dam this sucks.

Oh well hopefully I can ignore it and start my Saints franchise.

lol, I was looking into graphic issues and ran accross this. Its not just the PS3 but I thought the thread was funny. If they arent even going to edit spelling, what are the chances of a PS3 grass patch?
