Just got the game this morning for PS3 and connected to the EA servers but after logging in it said I'm not permitted to activate my online pass? For NCAA 12 it worked just fine but with Madden it always brings up the failure message. I live in Europe so that might have something to do with it? If someone knows a solution to this I'd be more than happy if you could post it. It really sucks to play with the outdated rosters.

try creating a new user name account with a fake usa address with a new e-mail addy see if that works

reboot the game after installing the pass. worked for me.

The same here, I live in Austria and I can't redeem my code. And I tried creating a fake account, don't work...
HELP!!!!!

Yeah just had the same prob, freaked out when on here then re-booted the game and it worked.
