Madden 12 trade logic The worst that it has ever been

who ever worked on trade logic screwed up big time with both trade block and trades period.

its terrible you should have to trade a 1st round pic to get a 76 ovr player that makes me mad that something so stupid like this can happen

What year is the player? Rook, 2nd, 3rd, 4th? How old? Potential? That teams need at the position you're trying to get in the trade? Maybe they don't have a good enough player to put in his spot.

Alot of this stuff imho imapcts whether or not the team will trade. I've had some good deals putting Demarius Thomas on the block for similar aged LB's with slightly less potential (I think the cowgirls third string MLB... he was from Penn St, forget his name).

Also saw I could get a 4th rounder for him had I wanted to. I think that's actually a stretch with his injury history.

Never made any of the trades, but they didn't seem too bad. Though I couldn't get very much for Orton. I think he's slightly undervalued for his numbers the last couple of years but I guess I'm byist.

I like it better than in the past. I shouldn't be able to get Mike Williams or Josh Williams from TB for a 1st round pick like I could in years past.

I'm a lot happier that teams aren't willing to give up players they invested a 1st round pick in simply for another 1st round pick.

Thats odd, did you actually try Miami? I got a second round pick, and i delt him just before the first preseason game.

It's terrible. I could've traded 36-year-old Jason Taylor for a future 1st round pick.

Thumbs down Re: Madden 12 trade logic The worst that it has ever been

today i traded Mcnabb (on a one year deal worth 10 mill) and TO (one year deal) for a no name LT, 2nd rounder and Julio Jones....so the falcons dont need a qb to put them over the top and a late 30s wr for a future beast wr doesnt make sense...trade logic blows

But in all seriousness, the logic with trades and drafting is terrible this year. I still place the blame squarely on the mess that has been created with all the fake free agents.

Because the AI values these players over veterans so much it's really easy to snag draft picks and players away without losing value.
