I keep seeing players with flames/ice next to their names but i dont quite see how it affects the ratings. In game i definitely see a difference, but is that what its supposed to be or am i supposed to see it in the actual ratings?

I've been seeing it make a pretty big difference in the games I've played. Where it's most obvious to me is when one of my DT's get hot.

I definitely see it working in game, but i dont see any change in ratings numbers. In game when a player is hot i definitely see it, but im just wondering if its placebo effect cause ratings dont seem to change
