Ball Going Through Hands

I have a problem with the ball going through defenders hand still in Madden 2012. There's been this problem for as far back as I can remember with Madden. I wonder if they even care to fix it or even know how to fix. I wonder if they even know it exists. Anyone else have this problem? Two videos below I recorded. One with James Harrison and the other with Troy Polamalu so it's not like it's because they're bums.

its been there for years, obviously something they dont care about fixing. the other day I had a DB reach through my receivers head for an interception.

I really think they would fix it if they could. Almost every game has clipping and morphing issues especially the sports genre. These discrepancies probably are something we may see gone next gen but I doubt it.

Simply put what is happening is the player triggers an animation but the games internal die rolls say that the player fails with his attempt and the ball passes through the players hand. Is it unrealistic, of course, but name one game that doesn't have a clipping issue similar to this (such as body parts going through objects) other than the simpler games.
