career ending injuries

I don't remember who the WR was, but the funniest career ending injury I ever had was in Madden 2005 and it must have been a glitch because the injury was turf toe.

Turf toe can be chronic enough that it could potentially be a career ending injury in real life, but yeah, it was probably a glitch lol.

Yup same thing for me. Drafted a receiver in the 2nd round and he got a broken vertebrae in the 2nd preseason game. I hate to sound insensitive but I just wasted a pick lmao

Was this career ending injury you saw happen to your WR a result of you simming the game, or did the injury occur while you actually played against the CPU?

i think these career enders are cool, but at the same time very annoying when they happen to a young star. i think it happens a little too much.
