Online Franchise Rosters?

Do we know if the Online Franchise Rosters will be updated along with the Week 1 roster?

Only reason I ask is because of this tweet from @Donny_Moore

They are saying Online Franchise wont get updated until Monday or Tuesday! The reason why?...... I don't know. If anyone could give a legitimate answer/verification on this that would be greatly appreciated!

I wish EA would follow updates like the 2K series does. Up to date. They have all this money, but they refuse to pay some stats guru a measly salary to keep us Online Guys happy. With that 10% increase in sales that should be plenty of money to pay for up to date rosters.
