Will we get a patch?

I would have definitely thought they would have said something about the Undrafted Free Agents taking over the league and the roster management logic of the AI in franchise mode.

I get the feeling these guys are in over their heads. The brass makes them add new features to boost sales, it doesn't matter if the features work or not.

I also wonder how much of the team is still intact after the exodus during this year's development cycle.

This must get addressed some how in a patch. This is really upsetting for me in an otherwise awesome game IMO.

I saw another crazy thing last night. In a regular season game Brandon Marshall ended up in my secondary and made a tackle and got hurt on the play (just out a couple of quarters than god. It was a francise game).

He is nowhere near the CB or SS or FS on my depth chart as I know this glitch occurs in the pre-season so I adjusted my depth charts to keep my Elite WR's to stear clear of this.

I hope to god EA can patch this quirk.

Gameplay wise....I really do not see any need to patch anything. The game plays great out of the box and with a great slider set it is the best Madden I have ever played hands down.

I'm right there with you. The game has been out long enough that there's enough info and enough of a consensus on a few tweakable gameplay issues that I'd have thought an updated tuner set by now would have been a no-brainer. I click on the site every few hours or so, thinking I'm gonna see a new thread about a "Tuner Release", but no luck. I'm a patient man, but the silence is starting to get bothersome. It allows the mind to wonder and speculate.

A few things that bother me about Madden this year that I can only PRAY that they fix with the patch

- Play Action bug: The fact that you can't get the ball off when there is a blitz completely changes the way the game is played for me...FRUSTRATING!

- NOT being able to thread the needle: It's either a lob or a bullet pass. Take the 40 inch vertical side jump away from the defense.

- Also another thing that they should look at is a quicker release for QB's.

I know the license was extended a couple of years ago but does anyone know for how long? The fact that every year EA adds on paying features is a slap in the consumers face. Get the engine correct before you force people to pay for features that should be included in the game

I would honestly pay for a patch if EA could fix these dang ugly import players and UDFA these wide shoulder pads and skinny lineman are driving me nuts lol

According to the thread on the latest roster update, one guy said he thought he saw a tuner installed on his HDD. Page #2.
