I pulled my 120 gig out and popped in an old 20 gig that was wiped clean!! Now me and my buddy dont get that slow mo matrix bs while playing 360.

I might have to format my PS3 drive, which stinks, but I am getting weird lag in offline

Try clearing the cache. I had some odd bouts of slow down/temporary freezing and that fixed it.
